Beaumont Park Alpacas Maintenance Schedule (this page is password protected) How it works Email or phone through updates at any time, we will work through the updates and keep a logbook (below) of work carried out with the time taken and running balance of maintenance accrued and payments. We will raise a maintenance schedule bill at the end of each month, once the payment is made it will be added to the schedule so you can see all transactions and know in an instant where you are at by looking at the running balance. Billing Work is charged at $40 per hour or part thereof. Therefore if an update has taken 15mins then the charge will be $10.00 and so on. Questions
